Placed an order with a promise of one week delivery. Three weeks later, no delivery. Three emails asking for update on delivery all ignored.

Delivery time respected. Very clear advice over the phone. On the other hand, the shelves are not easily assembled. 4 of us worked for 4 hours for 2 metal shelves
I placed an order in January for a European bin with lid. When receiving the order, the lid was broken (I sent you the photo upon receipt). So I called you to let you know and you made a commercial gesture by changing the lid. When I received the 2nd cover (I was away but I had left instructions), it was also broken in two this time. The package was well packaged.... but it was only once opened that I found it broken. I think you have a problem with your carrier, DPD in this case.
I don't know what to do to receive a compliant product....

Quick response, products ok but not very sturdy over time (palboxes which have cracks which appear before 1 year of use). We ordered replacement soles because the original ones had failed when tipped over in a dumpster, we were given central soles which are not suitable for our plaboxes, the others were ok. With 100€ shipping costs, we abandoned the idea of making a claim for 2 soles at 58€... Our opinion is therefore mixed and we will try to source another supplier for our palboxes which we renew regularly
